This unique Brazilian restaurant and steakhouse excels in marrying the rustic charm of a classic churrasco with the lively spirit of a Brazilian bakery and grill.

The menu is a celebration of bold, vibrant flavors. The signature grilled pineapple (abacaxi grelhado) is a sweet, smoky treat that balances perfectly against the savory cuts of meat. Fans of Brazilian classic dishes won’t want to miss their coxinha com catupiry (crispy chicken croquettes filled with creamy cheese), or the richly satisfying pastéis in an array of fillings such as cheese, beef, and palmito, all available for just $3.99 each. The bakery section provides a delectable range of authentic Brazilian pastries—including leite ninho and the indulgent doce de leite—that deliver a comforting sweetness to round out your meal.
Rio Steakhouse also takes pride in its Acai offerings, serving both Acai Pequeno and Acai Grande bowls that are refreshingly vibrant, packed with nutrients and tropical goodness. The “Acai na casquinha” is a delightful twist that’s perfect for a light, energizing snack or dessert.
The buffet embraces Latin American culinary diversity with an abundance of dishes like arroz, frijoles, and carne de res, allowing guests to customize their plates and explore a broad spectrum of tastes. Fridays bring a special highlight with the Jantinha Completa—two kabobs for $14.99—a perfect way to kick off the weekend with friends or family. And to complement your meal, the cocktail menu shines with classic Brazilian drinks like the Caipirinha, artfully crafted to enhance the tropical ambiance.

Many diners remark on the superb quality of meat, with some noting that the cuts are not only flavorful and juicy but also sliced right before your eyes, ensuring freshness in every bite. One of the best steakhouse you will ever visit. Meat was amazing, great variety of side and deserts. Staff is very friendly. I must eat place if you are near Atlanta.
Excellent service! Patrick took care of us at Rio Steak House and truly made the experience better. He was polite, attentive, and always helpful without being intrusive. He knows the menu very well, gave great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Fast, friendly, and professional service. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again.
The food is better value than Fogo which is known to be overpriced. The meats were delicious but on the saltier side. The other food items were pretty good too. Even though it’s a higher price than the typical cheap buffet, the meat selection makes the price worth it. I noticed that desserts are not included with the buffet which is odd.

The steakhouse side is outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful cuts of meat that are juicy and expertly seasoned. Every bite tastes fresh and high quality, and the portions are generous. The sides complement the meals beautifully and are just as well-prepared. And then there’s the bakery… wow. The baked goods are phenomenal—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing something sweet or savory, you can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. It’s impossible to leave without taking something home. Service is fast, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the entire experience even better. Whether you’re stopping in for a full meal or just a bakery treat, Rio Steakhouse and Bakery delivers excellence across the board. Highly recommended—this place easily earns five stars and keeps me coming back!
The food is wonderful here! If you love steak and feel that steak loves you back then this is the place for you. This may be my 4th time here and the food is wonderful, but it has been a long time. Seconds became my must. Having them slice choice cuts from the meat right off the grill in front of you is delightful. Along with the well stocked buffet of other choices to allow some fruit and veggies as a portion of life is fantastic.
We came here about 4 pm Sunday, very, very busy. The buffet line could be long. Just have some patience, three line for meat were great! The tables had a spinner for service, but it was pretty ignored. It took a lot to get drink refills a lot. The cheese bread was pretty awesome, and the house special steak was great with some lime to kick it up a notch
Came here with my dad who is a Brazilian steakhouse aficionado and it passed his test. It had all kind of key varieties of meat and everything was fresh and of high quality.
